Summer accommodation is available in St Marks for students to book, at £140 per week.
Contracts are flexible, with a minimum two week booking, and available from the end of your current accommodation contract, up to the end of August 2024.
Extensions may be possible to cover the period between the end of August and your new accommodation contract start date.
All rooms are en-suite, single occupancy and come fitted with a three-quarter bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, shelving and storage area.
There is also a communal kitchen, dining and living area equipped with a TV, cleaning cupboard, cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave.
Accommodation Applications
Students can apply for University-managed accommodation at St Marks, from the end of their current contract to the end of August 2024, via the online booking portal.
Students will need their University of Lincoln Student ID number to log into the portal and apply for accommodation for the length of stay they require.
Summer accommodation is available at St Marks only and priced at £140 per week, to be paid at time of acceptance, with a minimum two week booking. Rooms are single-occupancy en-suite.
Once an offer has been received, students have five working days to accept and sign the Accommodation Contract, via the booking portal, before the offer times out.
Once accepted bookings can be amended or cancelled up to 14 days before the contract start date. However, cancellation charges, equivalent to 50% of the total booking, will apply within 14 days.
Sharing Requests
Students can request to live with another student when accepting their offer on the booking portal. Both/all students should list the names and Student ID number of those they wish to live with.
All students wishing to live together must hold an offer for the same accommodation.
This request is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made, where possible, to allocate students together.
Room allocation details will not be sent out until later in the academic year.

Should you require accommodation in between the end of August and your new University of Lincoln contract starting, please contact Accommodation Services, as this may be possible closer to the time.
