Postgraduate accommodation is available across five of our six University-managed accommodations, with Cygnet Wharf being available to first-year undergraduate students only.
Where possible, students will be allocated into either a postgraduate block or apartment, allowing you to live communally with like-minded students studying at the same level.
An application for September 2024 accommodation can be made as soon as the course offer has been accepted. If you are not a current University of Lincoln student you should allow up to 24 hours for the system to update and an email inviting you to book accommodation to come through.
Postgraduate students need to select two accommodations, in preference, order in to apply.
Applications for January 2025 accommodation will open later in the year, following the September 2024 intake.
No deposit or guarantor is needed to book accommodation, and with everything from utility bills and WIFI, to an on-campus gym membership included, you can relax with hassle-free living.
Accommodation contracts are either 44 or 46 weeks. A full breakdown of fees and contract lengths can be found online.
