About Accommodation Services

We are the University of Lincoln Student Accommodation Services, managing the 7 University-owned accommodations, on and around campus:

  • Valentine Court

The team is split into two areas, Services and Operations, all working as one to ensure you have the best possible time living with us.

Services manages the accommodation receptions, room booking and allocations. You can get in touch with the team using the online form: lncn.ac/queryform.

Operations makes sure that your accommodation is clean and working. The 24/7 technicians are on hand to fix any maintenance issues and you can contact them via the email address residences@lincoln.ac.uk.

You’ll see many of our team working in and around our residences, so if you need something or require help then please just ask, give us a call or, contact us via our social media pages.

UK Universities Housing Code

Our on-campus accommodation at the University of Lincoln fully complies with the standard for student accommodation, the Universities UK/Guild HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing.

The University of Lincoln is one of a number of Universities and Further Education Colleges that is signed up to The Student Accommodation Code.

The Code protects our students’ rights to safe, good quality accommodation and outlines everything students can expect from our accommodation, as well as their responsibilities as tenants.
