Students studying at the University of Lincoln for a 2025 Semester B-only course can book accommodation via the Booking Portal, live now.
Limited rooms are available across the full accommodation portfolio, with the exception of 179 High Street, starting from £99 per week to £186 per week. For a live update on what rooms are available, please log into the Booking Portal.
All rooms are ensuite with a small double bed. Except Lincoln Courts which has a single bed and the choice of an en-suite or shared bathroom.
Rent is inclusive of utility bills, WiFi, and content insurance.
Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, television*, dining area, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and mop and bucket.
The accommodation contract will start on Sunday 19th January 2025 and finish on Sunday 1st June 2025. You must have vacated your room and returned your key by 10am on the contract end date.
It may be possible to extend your stay, if needed at the end of your contract.
*Lincoln Courts not included.

Your accommodation agreement will be with the University of Lincoln.
You will need to confirm your place to study at the University in order to book accommodation.
