Students studying at the University of Lincoln for a 2024 Semester B-only course can book accommodation via the Booking Portal, live now.

All rooms are ensuite with a small double bed. Except Lincoln Courts which has a single bed and the choice of an en-suite or shared bathroom.
Rent is inclusive of utility bills, WiFi, and content insurance.
Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, television*, dining area, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and mop and bucket.
The accommodation contract will start on Sunday 21st January 2024 and finish on Sunday 2nd June 2024. You must have vacated your room and returned your key by 10am on the contract end date. You will be able to move into your room from Monday 15th January 2024.
*Lincoln Courts not included.

There is no deposit or downpayment needed to secure your room.
Your accommodation agreement will be with the University of Lincoln.
You will need to confirm your place to study at the University in order to book accommodation.
