Whether you are looking for a room for one night or a home-from-home for a longer visit, Stay’s modern rooms, with communal kitchen and living rooms provide the perfect solution, starting from just £45 a night for stays of 7 nights and under, and from just £30 per night for stays of 8 nights and over*.

Our Rooms 

Our modern and comfortable bedrooms feature a cosy small double bed, making them ideal for solo travelers. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, ample storage space and your own private ensuite bathroom in our apartments of 12 with a communal kitchen and living room. The communal space includes a television with a large sofa, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board. 

Bed and Breakfast Bookings 

Our flexible booking policy allows guests to book from as little as one night up to maximum stay of 12 weeks. Bookings from one to 27 nights are bed and breakfast as standard. A light continental breakfast is self-served in a communal breakfast room between 07:30 to 10:30 daily. Gluten free and vegan options can be provided with prior notice.

Located adjacent to the University of Lincoln’s Brayford Pool campus, Stay is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the main Lincoln high street and train station – and even closer to the University’s Brayford Pool campus.  

Enjoy breath-taking views of the stunning Lincoln Cathedral, located in Lincoln’s historic quarter, during your stay. 

Stay @ St Marks is a dedicated building for short stay visitors to Lincoln within a 10-block complex called St Marks. Other blocks at St Marks provide accommodation to students studying at the University of Lincoln, with a site team providing around the clock support for guests.  

This includes a manned reception open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and a 24/7 Security team who can be contacted for out-of-hours support. 

Self-catered Bookings  

For guests looking to stay in Lincoln that bit longer – Stay @ St Marks offers long-stays of 28 nights and over. These bookings are self-catered, with the kitchens fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. For self-catered bookings enquire via email at stay@lincoln.ac.uk.
