Students joining the University of Lincoln in September 2024, for Semester-A only, can book a room in University-managed accommodation for the duration of their studies.
Our accommodation has been awarded overall Global Student Living GOLD Certification by the Global Student Living Index 2023, and we offer a wide range of affordable options to suit different needs, starting from just £99 per week.
All of our residences are either on campus or a short distance away, which means that almost everything you could need is right on your doorstep.
Choosing Accommodation
You can book University-managed accommodation as soon as the University of Lincoln has been made your firm choice on UCAS. You should allow up to 24 hours for the system to update before receiving an email with a link to the Booking Portal.
Once logged in, you will be able to view the available rooms to book, alongside fees. A helpful guide for booking accommodation can be viewed here.
Valentine Court Premium rooms, Viking House small and large en-suites, Cygnet Wharf and all studio rooms are not available for Semester A bookings.
Contract Length
Accommodation contracts start on 15 September 2024 and finish on 20 December 2024.
You must vacate your room, taking all items with you, and return your key to Accommodation Services by 10am on your contract end date.
Paying for Accommodation
There is no deposit or down payment needed to secure your room and you are not required to have a guarantor.
When booking your room, you will need to enter the details of a preferred bank account. For international accounts, a reoccurring card payment will be set up.
A single accommodation payment will be taken on 16 October from the bank account registered when the accommodation was booked, this will cover the full accommodation fee. This amount will depend on the accommodation booked and can be checked at any time by logging into the portal.
