To support more students to progress into Master’s level study, the University of Lincoln offers an accommodation bursary to help cover living costs for postgraduates.
The 2023 Accommodation Discount for Home and International Postgraduate Taught Students will cover 25% of the annual rent in a range of apartments dedicated to postgraduate students in St Marks and 179 High Street.
When Is It Available?
It is available for all new and continuing full-time UK Home and International fee-paying students enrolling on University of Lincoln postgraduate taught programmes for the 2022/23 academic year.
Recipients of the 25% discount will pay the following fees for a 50-week tenancy, receiving a 25% discount on the total annual cost:
- Lincoln International House (St Marks) en-suite: £5,978.27
- 179 High Street en-suite: £5,569.22
This includes all utility bills, possessions insurance, and Wi-Fi, and represents a 25% discount towards the full annual rent.
Where possible, students will be located together in dedicated postgraduate accommodation apartments, providing a scholarly environment for the Master’s year as well as a supportive community of fellow postgraduates.
How to Apply
The bursary will be applied automatically for all eligible postgraduate students who accept their course offer and accept an offer of a tenancy at one of the participating accommodations. This is a room-limited offer so apply fast to avoid disappointment.
