Tell us your Plans
To help us prepare for your arrival, all students are required to complete this form, lncn.ac/intarrive, to let us know what day and time you expect to arrive in Lincoln and when you plan to move into your accommodation so that we can ensure your room is ready for you. Please remember you will not be able to move into your accommodation before 9am on Saturday 17th September.

Transport to Lincoln
You will be able to travel to Lincoln from the airport via train, coach or taxi. If your flight is expected to land in the middle of the night you may wish to book a hotel close to the airport and travel to Lincoln the following day.

Out of Hours Arrivals
Accommodation Services is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. If you arrive outside of office hours and the reception is closed, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to collect your key or move into your room.
If you are scheduled to arrive during out-of-hours, we recommend booking and paying for a hotel room in advance, for your first night, and collecting your room key to move into your accommodation during opening hours the following day.

Moving Into Your Room
Should you wish, you can order homeware items such as bedding, kitchenware and towels to be delivered to your accommodation reception, ahead of your arrival.
UniKitOut https://www.unikitout.com is an online company selling room kit out sets for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The company also offers an ‘International Kit’ as well as extras like cupboard essentials, laundry kits and stationery.
