This is a list of our current availability, on and off campus in both university managed residences and our off campus partnership halls:

University Managed Residences

We have a limited number of individual rooms in our university managed accommodation on and off campus.

On-Campus

Lincoln Courts – 6 en-suite rooms in single apartments available at £132.66 per week and 2 non en-suite rooms in single apartments available at  £110.06 per week (will now be a 38 week agreement).

Cygnet Wharf – 1 en-suite room in single apartments available at £149.66 per week (will now be a 38 week agreement).

Off-Campus

The Gateway – 1 en-suite rooms available at £121.24 per week on a 45 week agreement, 3 studio rooms in single apartments available at £144.27 per week on a 47 week agreement

Valentine Court – 1 en-suite rooms available at £121.73 per week (will now be a 44 week agreement).

Viking House – 1 en-suite rooms in single apartments available at £149.66 per week (will now be a 38 week agreement).

Off Campus Third Party Provider Halls of Residences

Our third party halls are privately managed halls of residence off campus who accommodation students in purpose built student accommodation.
