We know that accommodation is a huge part of university life which is why we have a dedicated accommodation team who can offer help, advice and support to students through all years of their studies.
Accommodation Services are here to help make your time at the University of Lincoln as successful and enjoyable as possible.
Located on the ground floor of Cygnet Wharf, Accommodation Services is a one-stop shop for all things accommodation where our students can access help and information for both on and off campus accommodation throughout their studies. We understand that many of our students are living away from home for the first time and this can be daunting, so our dedicated and professional team is available to help with enquiries about all aspects of student accommodation including:
- First year application process
- Accommodation fees
- Residence life support for our university managed accommodation
- House hunting advice
- Housing support for returning students
- General accommodation advice and information.
If you have a problem and you are not sure where to go, ask us – if we can’t help we will be able to direct you to someone who can.
Accommodation Services are located on the ground floor of Building B of Cygnet Wharf.
The on-campus and Valentine Court receptions are open 24/7 for residents to report maintenance and collect post and packages. The Gateway Reception is open between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 17:00
Fridays: 08:30 to 16:30
