As a returning student, you can book to stay again at Lincoln Courts, Valentine Court, St Marks, Viking House and 179 High Street. Receiving either 10%, 15% or 20% depending on how many years you have lived in University-managed accommodation.

Secure your accommodation by applying for your top four residences, in preference order, on the Student Portal. Our Team will process your application and inform you, via email, of your secured room.

With no down payment, you can relax knowing your room, bills, WiFi and contents insurance are secured for 2023.
