For the new academic year, following the success of the 2021 Postgraduate Bursary, Accommodation Services is excited to be launching two new discounts: the Loyalty Saver and a Postgraduate Taught Discount.
The discounts will be available in the coming weeks, once the team has finalised the last details. Until then, here’s a peek at what to expect!
The Loyalty Saver Discount
To thank you for your loyalty, students will be credited a 10%, 15% or, 20% discount for each additional year of stay.
- 10% off the annual fee for the second year of stay
- 15% off the annual fee for the third year of stay
- 20% off the annual fee for the fourth year of stay
The room limited discount will be automatically applied across the rent payments, at St Marks, Valentine Court, 179 High Street, The Gateway, Viking House and Lincoln Courts.

Postgraduate Taught Discount
To help support students to continue their studies, we will be offering a 25% discount across en-suite rooms at St Marks, The Gateway and 179 High Street, with studio rooms also available at the discounted rate.
A separate 35% discount is available on studio rooms at The Gateway.
These offers are available to all new and continuing Postgraduate Taught students and will be automatically applied following room allocation.
The two discounts are entirely separate and cannot be applied in conjunction with one another.
