Thank you for choosing to stay in University-managed accommodation. Accommodation Services cannot wait to welcome you onto campus and into your new home-from-home, at the University of Lincoln.
Our team is here to support you as you prepare to move and then throughout your time with us, from answering any questions, to collecting your parcels and being a friendly face in reception.

If you are arriving during reception opening hours, please make your way to the accommodation reception to collect your key. To issue your key, the team will ask to see a form of photographic identification.

If you arrive on campus outside of normal reception opening hours, you will need to go to the Security office, which is located on the ground floor of the Minerva building, next to Student Support. The Security team will take you to your accommodation and give you your key
You can call Security – phone number: 01522 886 062 and they will send someone to meet you at the reception of your chosen accommodation and will issue you with our key and arrival information.
Over the holiday period, our opening times are reduced as follows

Collecting Your Key
Your key will be issued with an Accommodation Services tote bag. In there you will find useful information and contacts, including an Accommodation handbook which is full of useful information, including how to connect to the WIFI in your apartment.
As well as receiving your room key card, you will also receive a key for your post box.
You will need a form of photographic identification to collect your key.
Student Support is offering a taxi service from airports to the University of Lincoln for students who are travelling from overseas.
If you require this service, please book a transfer as soon as you know the date and time you are due to arrive, using the booking form here.
If you are travelling to the UK from abroad and have not received two vaccinations with a UK approved Coronavirus vaccination, you will need to isolate for a 10-day period.
This can be done in your university accommodation. Accommodation Services offer isolation packs, to help support you during this time. If you need to isolate on arrival and would like to book an isolation support package, please let the team know using the online query form lncn.ac/queryform. Please note that packs are only distributed to those students who are required to complete a 10 day isolation period.
If you have had two UK government-approved vaccinations, then we ask that you take a Lateral Flow Test upon arriving at your accommodation. If this test comes back positive, please book a PCR and isolate for 10 days.
